I’m a communication professional who works at the intersection of instructional design, technical writing, and content strategy. I build learning experiences, documentation systems, and enablement programs that help people move from confusion to competence — especially inside complex software and enterprise environments.

My Impact

I’ve lead onboarding and enablement programs for thousands of employees, written technical content for specialized industries, and partnered with subject matter experts who live deep in the weeds. My work spans eLearning development, knowledge base architecture, UX-informed research, and live facilitation. My job is to come back up with something clean, usable, and human.

My Passion

I’m driven by understanding the real problem and closing the knowledge gaps that keep people stuck. That means asking better questions, mapping performance goals before building content, and refusing to create training just to check a box. I design with outcomes in mind — measurable objectives, thoughtful assessments, accessible digital experiences. Whether it’s an eLearning module, documentation set, or full curriculum, the work is structured, intentional, and built for adoption.

My Why

At my core, I’m a communication professional. I hold a Master’s in Professional & Technical Communication, which informs the research, rhetoric, and strategy behind my work. I translate between engineers and executives, between systems and people, between what’s known and what needs to be understood.

Complex doesn’t scare me. It motivates me. I believe that when information is clear, people move faster — and better!
